A high match tells you that you know well about the subject profile and have a realistic picture of the Freiburg “International Forestry” (IF) elective track.
If you only achieved a low match, this does not mean that you are unsuitable for the IF elective track in Freiburg! However, you should take another close look at the points where you differ.
How happy you will be with your studies also depends on what you expect from it and how you envision the subject. If your expectations of the subject match the profile, this is a good prerequisite for studying. Disappointed expectations, on the other hand, can lead to resignation, poor grades or dropping out.
